As of 09.01.2022, we exported 165.069,- tons of hazelnut. In the 2020/2021 season, the same time export was 110.023 tons, in 2019/2020 season same time export was 173.434 tons, as can be seen in the graphic. In 23.08.2021, crop 2021 prices for 11-13mm natural hazelnut kernels started at the level of 6.680 USD/tons (5.720 Euro/tons). Today, 11-13mm natural hazelnut kernel prices for DDU Europe delivery is 6.180 USD/Tons (5,450 Euro/tons) levels.
TMO stopped its purchases as of the end of December. In total, they purchased around 70.000tons of in-shell hazelnuts. TL/USD rate moved in a very volatile structure in December. If certain stability is achieved in the parity, we predict that prices will be in the range of 6000-6500 USD/Ton.
